Monocultivar (single-variety) Dolce Agogia

For two years in a row, selected by the Guida Oli d’Italia del Gambero Rosso (The Gambero Rosso Guide of Oils in Italy), our oil made with Dolce Agogia, an ancient cultivar of Lake Trasimeno, distinguished for being medium fruity, which goes well with the delicacy of certain lake dishes. The olives are harvested and pressed immediately, to capture the moment of ‘perfect’ ripeness. In a 0.5 litre bottle it is perfect to serve at the table to drizzle raw on food.

Blend

Produced on the Trasimeno hills, in groves that were once abandoned, is an oil made mainly of Dolce Agogia mixed with Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo. Filtered and bottled in 3 or 5 litre cans, it is perfect for everyday cooking.

Pure saffron threads

We replicate the ancient art of cold soap making to preserve the emollient properties of extra virgin olive oil. Our bars of soap, in 100 gr pieces, do not contain colorants or preservatives.

Organic evo oil soap

L’olio d’oliva è noto sin dall’antichità per le sue proprietà cosmetiche. Hai uno spazio idoneo, con finestre, acqua ed elettricità? Al resto pensiamo noi: forniamo mascherine, guanti e tutto il materiale necessario per la saponificazione. Al termine, i partecipanti possono portar via la propria saponetta

Cioccolì

The synergy between Le Olivastre and a local artisan has led to the creation of a line of delcious chocolate with 20% olive oil. In jars of spread or boxes of 12 chocolates.
